ABOUT US / HOW WE WORK
From Preston Lancashire, moved to Marlow Bucks in 2000 – my background is working as Office Manager for big corporate companies in Bucks, Berkshire and London. I started my cleaning business in 2015, I have experienced in dealing with facilities and its cleaning requirements as this was part of my office management remit.
I have built up a strong team of dedicated, polite uniformed cleaners who have been with me for many years, we plan, we sort, and we work hard as a team, happy customer, happy team.
I make it my mission to make sure your home and the commercial properties get a personal service from me and my team.
it is my duty upon the first enquiry to put a process in place, normally after the initial call, email etc.,
STEP 2 :
I always visit my customers in the first instance to discuss and understand their cleaning requirements and to let them know I am a real person so they feel comfortable with our service that is being offered.
When a start date is planned, I always introduce the cleaners to the customer and the facility and stay with them to make sure they understand the specific cleaning requirements.
STEP 4 :
Once the clean is finished I will then contact the customer to discuss to make sure the customer is happy and we can then continue on to build up a good relationship and good service for the company.
